Collectable Car Fund

Welcome to the Alternative Investment WMG Collectable Car Fund, the first and currently only investable car fund to be managed by an FCA and AIFMD authorised & regulated firm.

“You can sit in a car and do 50 miles without damaging the value, but after the first sip of your wine investment, the value is immediately gone.”

The WMG Collectable Car Fund was launched in 2017 to offer professional investors an opportunity to participate in the capital appreciation of an evocative, passionate asset class. Solely managed by FCA regulated WMG Advisors LLP, the funds’ focus is to source, acquire and manage a portfolio of 20-25 best-in-class, Blue Chip automobiles ranging in price from £200,000 to £5,000,000.

Classic and collectable cars have undeniably been the best performing asset class over the last 2, 5 and 10 years, rising 404% between Q4 2006 and Q4 2016. A portfolio of collectable cars is negatively correlated to traditional asset classes, offering defensive outperformance qualities, particularly during times of turbulent markets.

Each car is carefully selected after a thorough due-diligence process, chosen in particular for its ability to outperform the peer group throughout the fund’s 3 year duration. Investment grade marques may include Ferrari, Aston Martin, BMW, Pagani, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Alfa Romeo, Abarth, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Ford.
