Corporate Advisory

WMG provides M&A and strategic advice to high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs, as well as to leading institutions and corporations worldwide. Our business is relationship driven, with most of our mandates coming from our existing clients.

“WMG’s Corporate Advisory service brings decades of experience to diverse and often non-conventional corporate finance situations”

Pieter van Leuven - Chief Executive Officer

Long term partnerships are of the utmost importance to us, with our advice being honest and objective. We also recognise the quality of advice needs to be matched by our ability to execute. We listen, discuss and execute as highly experienced seasoned partners taking responsibility for each of our clients, supported by our Investment Team.

WMG focuses on a limited number of industry sectors where its team’s background and expertise are most relevant:

  • Real Estate
  • Financial Services
  • Natural resources, particularly mining
  • Media, Sports and Entertainment

WMG is independent and as such is unencumbered by the potential conflicts of interest inherent in the bulge bracket investment banks and advisory firms.
